Mr. Carr has devoted his entire, 35-year career to helping his clients manage their property disputes in civil trials and appeals. He brings public sector and Big Law practice experience to Carr Law Firm.
Mr. Carr currently serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General in Illinois in condemnation cases for the State of Illinois Department of Transportation.
He was a litigation partner for 11 years with the government and land use practice group of an Am Law 100 international law firm (Holland & Knight LLP) in its Chicago and San Francisco offices.
Before then Mr. Carr was employed by the Office of the Lake County State's Attorney in Waukegan, Illinois where he served as Chief of the Civil Trial Division from 1995-2000.
He began his practice in Chicago with construction litigation and insurance law firms.
